[UltraVid id=104 ]going on hey Ingrid how’s it going so what I wanted to talk about and I’m beginning all questions about this is was the easiest way to make money online 2017 I’ve been talking about making money for you know years but one of the things that I don’t always talk about is you need to figure out exactly what you want to do you need to figure out what skills you have hey buddy thanks for joining you need to figure out what you know you can actually accomplish with what you have so if you are gonna do let’s say Amazon that bit but you have no money you have zero dollars you don’t have anything to invest into the business then obviously that’s not a good solution for you so don’t do it okay let’s say you’re gonna do affiliate marketing because you have no money you need to start for free you know that would be a better solution so when it comes to making money online the option that’s best for you might not be the best one for somebody else so just because I talk about making money online doing all these different things you don’t have to do all those find something that works for you okay so whether it’s affiliate marketing Amazon FBA sounds up on Craigslist on eBay you know Facebook doing social media there’s YouTube YouTube is a great free method to start making money online you know there’s network marketing email marketing any type of marketing that you can do you can pretty much start for free and work your way up and scale so that’s one thing I just wanted to mention yeah so foot marking it’s not easy especially if you don’t know what you’re doing affiliate marketing is not easy to jump into if you have no guidance have no you know clear direction and that was part of the reasons why I I created that course on Phillip marketing I’ve been testing out for you know I’ve been letting other other clients and other people that follow me tested out probably about a year now just to make sure the strategies that I taught inside that course actually work and it’s something that it wasn’t just me because I know what I was doing so don’t be a dabbler yeah so yeah it’s just it’s just about getting going so whether you’re doing affiliate marketing you’re doing any type of marketing you’re getting to be a freelance writer or a designer maybe gonna buy and sell websites your domain names whatever you’re gonna do figure out what it is that you know how to do ok perfect that process perfect that strategy and then just go all-in okay go 100% and just do all that now once you build that up to a thousand dollars a month that’s when I’d say take the money that you’re making you’ll keep rolling back and reinvesting back into that business but also at the same time start creating a second income a third income okay but get it up to a thousand at least so you’re making some money and it’s still putting some cash in your pocket but that’s when you should start you know rolling some money over into some other things yeah pick one and master it and then move on if you can’t master what you do you’re just gonna be you you’re kind of you know fiddling around with things here and there trying to make a little bit of money things might catch on they might not but when you can master something and you can perfect that process and perfect your strategy that’s where you can simply scale it okay just repeat the process and keep going anyone know about this advance if you’re talking about the the live stream no I usually don’t really do them but you guys have been asking more for him so what’s today Wednesday so yeah so I did it on Monday you don’t do one today and then I think I’m gonna do another one Friday we’ll see how that goes if I can keep up with it I will but I just have a bunch stuff going on the only reason why I’m doing right now is I just got done with the gym and I didn’t feel like heading back to the office just yet so you know so there’s there’s a lot of ways that you can make money you tell some different bail so one of the questions was you know I think about doing like reviews or something but one thing you should you should understand about doing any type of film marketing is YouTube is a great platform so it’s Facebook put up videos ok put up videos that target a specific and that’s what I talked about in the video that I put out this morning they Amazon affiliate marketing for beginners is I talked about instead of promoting like the big-ticket items and I was talking about like my my main shooting camera which is a Canon 70d that is like a thousand dollar camera so instead of instead of targeting people are buying that camera probably the people that are buying the camera charger or the battery or the camera case things that are secondary because just because you’re not targeting the big-ticket items you can still get that low-hanging fruit which all the big dogs aren’t targeting so the people that been in this industry for you know 10 15 years that are doing extremely well they target the big-ticket item because they want the bigger Commission but start now don’t do that because that’s the biggest mistake I see that a lot of people make is they go after where all the competition is and they never see a sale and if you never see a sale obviously you think that this doesn’t work you’re a failure it’s never gonna work so you’re just gonna quit so don’t do that um let’s see so yeah like live streams are great I don’t do them all time just because of my schedule but I know a lot you guys like them you guys like to ask questions and I don’t mind answering the question again if I could do it all the time I would what type of videos can you make as an affiliate the first thing I’d recommend is you make review videos you make unboxing videos and even like how-to videos ok another one that I’ve done before is you create alternative videos so let’s see like one that I did probably three years ago I did a alternative to a GoPro and at that time there was very little out there that was an alternative to GoPro that still had similar quality and the quality was really far off but I did one like that and I’m promoting I remember what the brand was it was like some knockoff brand on Amazon I started promoting that one and people would go to the go to that video and they’d not buy the knockoff state still buy the GoPro so even though you’re doing an alternative to let’s say a higher ticket item or to maybe the new item that just came out some people will see that review they’ll be turned off by the other product the alternative and they’ll still buy the one that they came there to find something different then so that’s one way you can do it as well um yeah but it’s you know so affiliate marketing is a great business get into but it’s not it’s not always the easiest one to make money online okay whether it was you know now 2017 next year in 2018 or you know five years ago it doesn’t matter you need to keep in mind that what your skill set is the amount of money that you can invest into something the time that you can invest all that stuff plays a major factor in determining what is the best method to make money online because not every single person is the same not every single method is the same they’re not all created equal so so yeah that’s that’s one of the big thing hey what’s going on nighttime entrepreneur so yeah reviews unboxings how-to tips you can even try to do like a sponsorship video don’t go after let’s say you’re gonna do a toy or something and you’re gonna do reviews on them don’t try to go after after like fisher-price and tell them hey I got a youtube channel I can promote your product you know you just need to send me a free whatever and I’ll put up a video that’s not gonna happen so you can get free products ok very easy don’t go after the big companies go after newer companies that are looking for that online exposure go after companies that are not even just companies but you know even individual sellers so even if someone’s gonna private label something over on Amazon you can contact that seller and not even knowing who they are you can just ask him you know I have this channel on you know housewares I see that you’re selling a salad spinner you know if you send it to me if you send me a free salad spinner I’ll give you a full review on my youtube channel so no that works as well and then you get for your products are they always the best products no but that’s where your unbiased review comes into play now if somebody is gonna give you a product and they say you have to give it like you’re you know top review don’t bash the product then don’t do it because that’s just gonna look bad on your part from you as a YouTube creator strategies I’m using is – so Arthur says strategy that I’m using is to make free ebooks and use them to list Bill then send affiliate offers to the list do you have any advice about this yeah so that’s something I do as well so somewhere I don’t know where the link is somewhere up here there is a link that’s – beginner’s guide to passive income so that’s pretty much exact same thing I’m giving away a free guide to passive this YouTube channel talking about what I what the value provide over on Facebook my course is I do some affiliate marketing very little I talk about some ebooks that I highly recommend or not ebooks some books over on Amazon I highly recommend and I’ll provide a link from the book the title of the book and the picture I’ll put a fill link over to that as well but other than that that that’s kind of like my main you know brand email list so you know that’s just an example I have other ones as well that I do for you know free giveaways how to get like free supplements free discount health care card stuff like that and I receive you know affiliate Commission from that as well and I talked about all that inside my affiliate marketing course so if you interested in that that will be in the link the link to that will be in the scription box below as well which affiliate companies can you apply with our website so I’ve had a bunch of clients and the people people tell me all the time you can’t you can’t do affiliate market on Amazon tout a website you can if you sign up using your social media accounts that is one of the things that I highly recommend you don’t need a big account with a hundred thousand followers either as long as you have an account that seems like it is decent and it’s not just created and there’s at least you know somebody following you or some type of interaction then Amazon will approve you other ones Clickbank you can promote no matter what you just sign up you don’t need a website there commission junction is a little more strict now than they used to be and even though you can get in with not really having a website it is the individual the individual advertisers that some of them manually approve all all affiliates so if you don’t have the site that they’re looking for and meaning that they manually approve them then they’ll just deny you and so you’ll get into the affiliate network but you won’t have any affiliates to ask for any procs actually promote as an affiliate also maxbrandes a good one there’s a couple other ones that I use I’m not talking about them right now because I’m still trying to kind of work out their details just because they are some you have to have a big website some you have to have some a big reach online which I have a few websites that have a decent reach but the only thing I don’t like about them is they are very strict on when they pay you what kind of how you can get traffic so search engine organic search engine traffic can’t really you’ve paid advertising some emails but you can only promote certain proxy mail so they’re very strict hey what’s going on let’s see what else yeah so you guys have any questions you know in addition to fill up marketing or and anything else let me know you know marketing is one of the biggest things that I do is Bing ads great way Bing ads is what I use probably secondary to Facebook so I so it’s probably Facebook being and then I promote ads through AdWords but so it’s technics technics out words but it’s actually I’m promoting YouTube videos so when you have a YouTube video and you haven’t hooked up to an adsense account to an AdWords account you can’t promote it through AdWords and then so let’s say you’re watching this video maybe there’s a link in the you know down here or somewhere on the side somewhere that could be something that I’m promoting okay so it would be on like a review of a certain product or the new you know DJI drone or whatever there’s so many different things you can do hey thanks for hitting that like button yeah if you guys like these live streams definitely smash that like button just shows me that you do like it and I’ll continue to do them as long as time allows if you create a blog than which company will approve you again it’s the same thing if your blog is on like you know there’s like a porn site or something you’re gonna have very you gotta have very limited you know networks that will approve you but let’s say your site is on you making money online the the networks that actually promote make money online self-employment entrepreneurship all that ecommerce you know business the business they’ll actually approve you so it really depends but the the ones that I like are at the Amazon affiliate network okay or the Amazon associate program you got Clickbank where you sell courses you can sell recurring subscriptions as well JV zoo is another good one Commission Junction I used to use them a lot more than I do now still use them that’s mainly for like my travel sites and then I use Mac’s barony as well they’re a good one so yeah I really just get out there and just reach out to everybody okay hey what can I do right now to make a living wage online if you don’t have money to make money which you don’t need money make money go for one the free methods that would be doing a fillip marketing through free methods so social media Instagram Twitter or Facebook you can do it over on LinkedIn as well do YouTube can also do free websites there’s blogger there’s WordPress there’s Wix there’s Weebly there’s other ones out there as well yeah commission junction jvzoo approve with the blog let’s see where is that oh the other one is do freelance writing if you can write it all even if you don’t have the best grammar your punctuation is completely off you can still write for a decent wage it might be like a penny a word but if you can turn out I say you know a thousand words a day you can make ten dollars okay a thousand words for some people it’s not a lot for me first thing it’s not a lot I write I write I write or type write about a hundred words per minute but there’s also speech to text so just because you can’t type they’re very fast doesn’t mean you can’t talk if you talk fast then you should do very well you know just invest in a speech-to-text program Google has one that is free to use I think on Google Google Docs or whatever you can get in there and then Dragon has one on Amazon so that’s another good one do you use PB NS to rank your affiliate sites so for those of you that don’t know what a PB n is it’s a personal blog network so it’s kind of like it’s kind of like a kind of I guess you call a kind of like a link farm so you’re all you’re doing is take in your personal blogs or your personal websites and you’re linking directly to one affiliate site so to answer that question I do but I don’t do it the normal way so this the method that I use is actually one that uh Jeff Johnson teaches if you don’t know who he is he was kind of it’s the reason why I started doing a fillip marketing stuff like that back in 2006 2007 something like that but what he teaches is you take all your take all the and you point unto like the secondary site okay – that’s pretty much a buffer site and the buffer site you know how’s all the links and from that buffer site then you link directly to your website or to the inner pages so I do use deviance I don’t use them as much as I used to and then I don’t have as many sites as I used to as well you know when I had a bunch sites I had over 400 sites now I don’t have that many I still have a bunch of sites but the way I do is I have sites so as I’m doing you know health and fitness I’ll have five to ten different sites on that specific niche and they’ll all point you know different directions and they’ll interact with each other so I think that answered that question in a kind of roundabout way hopefully um how was my life before all my adventures well you broke I wasn’t broke I was always working I started working at my very first job was at Burger King when I was 15 years old it sucked that location actually closed down I think they got condemned or something I’m not sure what happened but I hated I hated working worked in a shed you know if you’re and watch this eight we do a lot of apples and stuff like that I worked in a shed for I think at day and a half and I hated that I think that was when I was 16 hated that as well so my online adventure started very early and I like said about 11 years ago 10 11 years ago because when I started and I’ve loved it ever since do I have a video on creating Facebook ads for Amazon fire glow products I do however they’re inside my Amazon affiliate marketing or my Amazon private label course so gonna check that out that will be in the link the link to that will be in the description box below as well and I talked about all about creating Facebook ads do live where then it was it was a live look at exactly how I was creating the ad what I recommend how to do it pictures you know changing your ad copy all that stuff and with both of the courses over on teachable and the courses that I’m already working on they’re all gonna have they all have a bunch of modules but if you are already in one of those just be on the lookout for new modules popping up just here and there because I will be adding stuff as people ask questions if I don’t answer it completely inside the the module that’s already there I’m gonna do another video and keep doing more and more additions so the courses will be complete courses on everything you need to know about you know step by step on how to get started to actually making money through those methods whether it’s Amazon FBA and doing private label or its do affiliate marketing where I am there’s affiliate marking hard because it’s difficult to get repeat sales I can’t see how you can get repeat customers why do you think it’s hard that’s the question thanks well child for asking that question is affiliate marketing hard because difficult to get repeat sales affiliate marketing in its basic form is hard to get repeat sales because you have one-and-done customers if you do email marketing which i’m talking about let’s say you so wherever that link is there’s some where top of page I believe and then in the description box below there’s a link to my beginners guide to passive income go sign up for that guy whether you care about the guy do not go sign up for it okay and you’ll continue to get emails and just replicate the exact same thing don’t take my exact same email copy but you know take that idea exactly how I’m setting it up and just use that that is building a repeat customer because I’m not sending when you go through that email list and you get all the different the sequences I’m sending I’m not saying go buy this affiliate product and that one and that one I’m saying you know here’s some free value pretty much I think in the very first email it’s like it’s like 3,000 words or something of just beginner’s guide to passive income and I think I have three links in that entire guide okay so in that sense it’s easy to create a repeat customer because of the topic I’m on but let’s say I’m promoting you know free free supplements or free pack of Huggies diapers or whatever it is I can do that and you’ll get one and done customers and you’ll get paid by lead so just because you know somebody signs up one time they’re not gonna sign up ever again for that same offer because that affiliate or the the partner isn’t actually gonna pay you to keep getting that same person to sign up time and time again so in that sense the Philip Marquis isn’t difficult get repeat customers as long as you’re doing it correctly and the correct way for me I believe is email marketing because you can target those people over and over again Mike you asked what video editing program do you use for YouTube videos myself and my video editor both use Adobe Premiere Pro and I’ve never used anything other than that you know here’s one that got me on to it and so I’ve been using that because he taught me how to do it do you sometimes have lazy days I’ve lazy days a lot and the first thing I do when I have a lazy day no matter what time is this take shower we start your entire day and just get going dang so whatever you do on a typical day to get going even if it’s let’s say you take a shower in the morning every single day and you do that one day but it’s eleven twelve o’clock and you’re still feeling lazy take another shower we start the entire day and go again if it you gotta go back to the gym because you go to the gym in the morning go back to the gym no take a shower eat breakfast whatever start your day again okay if you have to go backwards do it but if you have to go backwards like you know a few hours that’s fine if you’re heading backwards days and days don’t do that okay we start your day before it gets into you know two days or a week long you know lazy period yeah 2006 was uh it was interesting that what I was when I was still learning law stuff so you know Desmond says he’s been marketing since 2006 that was a very interesting time I was when I was learning a lot of stuff if you were making just boatload of money but people were being trampled on yeah it was it was almost like people knew their word might be made so everyone’s trying to do it but then it had like a bad you know connotation to it that oh you make money online so you probably in the porn industry no I’m not but you know I don’t carry I’m still making money so yeah um is there Wayne is there a way in the future I could pay you to teach me some things send green revolution send me an email or send me a message on facebook you know to ask me questions I don’t charge anything now if we get an hour-long phone call I charge you if you bought one of the courses which let’s say you send me an email and you’re asking all these questions how do you get started and what step one step two step three chances are and be like okay I’m an ass imma answer some of those and black it looks like you are very active very beginner stages so what you need to do is you need to take one of these courses you know so that’s one of the things I do as well which CPA marketplace is good work on Macs burning but which sites are best it’s good which CPA marketplace is good I work on that I like Maccioni I like I said Commission Junction as well it’s a quick thing pretty much any of them just to find what works for you and which sites are best if you’re talking about which sites are best to promote on obviously I’d say websites YouTube social media I’m not sure if that’s what you’re asking though how do you get past being blocked selling everything on Amazon especially with clothing capture submit a ten order invoice how can I go how can I do that when I’m trying to resell stuff from TJ Maxx and Ross the hardest part with Amazon it so my guess is that’s an Amazon FBA question you’re wanting to get engaged to sell clothing before it was very easy I’m not sure exactly what you need to sell clothing now but I thought I thought it was still which I could be wrong because I haven’t done it for a while but I thought what it was was that you just go and watch a little video and you answer some like like true for true or false questions I’m not sure if that’s exactly what it is now but I thought it still was so if it’s not just you let me know but the best way to do it is find a company that is still small don’t go to Ralph Lauren and Hanes and Nike Tish and sorry they’re not gonna prove you they don’t care about little guy they’re trying to make money they’re trying to make big moves so if you’re a big time seller they’re probably gonna approve you so one is called essential apparel it’s a very big company very big website they’re approved and almost everything and you know that because number one I think they are the only authorized distributor on Amazon that can sell Levi’s they only have one product of each to sell Devon send me send me an email send me an email I hope made entreprenuer at look for on getting unrestricted in a particular category every category is different Amazon once usually wants invoices and like I said in I think my video on Monday or last week was that your email address your name your business name your phone number your physical address all that stuff needs to match up to the invoice that you send so on the invoice as well as your on your Amazon account all those all that information needs to add up if there’s one thing different that’s almost like it’s an automatic denial that you won’t get approved in that category whether your size to what other sites do you sell private label other than Amazon I don’t I don’t do eBay because it takes too much time to package up the product and ship it and I don’t like to do that I like to create passive income streams the other one I was so non Walmart and then after Walmart bought jet things changed a little bit there’s a lot more people on Walmart now and I don’t see it as it’s not as valuable to me as Amazon again Walmart or eBay is known for offering cheap products Walmart is known for offering great deals Amazon is known for getting exactly what you want when you want it as fast as you need it and you’ll pay whatever you want okay because they have an A to Z guarantee so even if 30 days go by which has happened before somebody’s wearing a pair of shoes they bought from me it looked like they probably warmed for about three weeks warming mud in the rain snow whatever they were beat still sending back to me Amazon gave them a refund and then they reimbursed me a small percentage of it just because they were pretty much trashed let’s see I think I missed some questions where my Glen hour-long phone call $99 an invoice from manufacturer grin brand itself from the brand itself you need an invoice from the manufacturer then once you get that they also asked you for if it the brand is restricted they’ll ask you for the letter from the brand come the brand owner itself saying that you are approved to sell their products and then after that usually pay like a thousand or 1500 ollar feet depending on what brand it is and it’s a non-refundable non-refundable fee I think I’ll be on here for like another five more minutes so if you guys have more questions let me know appreciate what you do because the workforce isn’t taking care of anyone there’s a lot of people out there that are teaching here on YouTube even over on Facebook so you know definitely reach out those people even if it’s not me I don’t care yo yeah reach out to me great you know I love hearing from everybody people because really what’s it gonna do regard to making a new affiliate marketing website what are your thoughts about setting it up to promote a broad range of product types I recommend going for a small niche just because and even uh what’s his name Dan Dan Brock the deadbeat super affiliate go up some of those videos because if he talks about as well is all you need is a one-page website and that can continue to bring you you one hundred dollars five hundred thousand dollars every single month just depending on what niche you’re in the target market you’re trying to go after the keywords you’re going after all that stuff so I think he also has a free guide as well so you can check that out and then us that’s other stuff that I teach inside my my affiliate marketing course as well all right Devin thanks for sending me an email his occupation what software would you recommend for email marketing the the software that I use is actually called convertkit it’s a little more expensive than most of the other ones out there but I highly recommend it I think it starts like twenty nine thirty nine dollars a month so it’s more expensive if you’re just getting into it use MailChimp MailChimp offers you an eighteen thousand emails in a month and they offer two up to two thousand subscribers I think and that’s all free they are very limited with that free membership but at least you get started for free see what it’s like I mean I need to make at least two hundred dollars this week what would you do if you need to make two hundred since a week is halfway over depending on when you start your week I would say do some freelance writing offer a service to somebody even if it was as simple as let me go you know into your YouTube account and I’m gonna update every single one of your thumbnails that you could easily do that somebody had let’s say you know 400 videos you charge 50 cents or a dollar a video or two dollars for you every thumbnail you could really make some Bank on that that’s just an idea just off top my head I’m able to get engaged and just about everything it has to do with your selling metrics yeah your metrics are key the long you been selling it seems easier then obviously if you have bad metrics you have a bunch of returns you have late shipments you have a huge defect rate that’s all going to factor into being denied I got on in late just wanting to know how much does it cost to start a private label business depending on who you ask it can it can be anywhere from a couple hundred dollars you know to a few so the first thing you would want to do you’d want to get jungle Scout you don’t have to but I highly recommend it will save you a lot of time get jungle Scout so the one thing that I would recommend is the jungle Scout Chrome extension that’s $97 for the light version 197 I think 197 for the pro version you only need the light and does make it a little bit easier I had that for a little bit and arrived on both of my one of my peers I have that and I don’t see much with difference I don’t use the pro features that often yeah but does does make it easier and then as far as buying products I bought products and I have a client that actually bought products just recently she only spent about $200 I’ve done that as well and you can make some money you’re gonna make a very little bit of my own money but that you can still get started I’d recommend at least like five hundred hopefully like a thousand you know eight hundred thousand would be the best because that means you’re not limited on what you can and can’t a a private label and what you can and can’t sell that also recommend you have some money set aside for some pay-per-click ads maybe even using jump send if you’ve never heard of jumps and goes jumps uncom check it out there that is a great way to almost give away products boost your rankings and hopefully get reviews for that product as well so again so a thousand dollars would be safe if you can go higher great if you can only put in you know let’s say you have four hundred dollars I put in maybe three hundred of that into product and you cuz obviously you need the jungle Scout app or a Chrome extension to start let’s do a man out okay a few more minutes I’m just yeah answer the rest of these questions and then that will be it are you focusing on making quick cash you are focusing on making quick cash but you don’t have the mindset of long-term investments I’m not sure where you’re going with that I focus on making quick cash making some money quickly but I’m also looking to reinvest that back into everything I reinvested back through there are so many ways you invest it but reinvested back into your core business whatever is making you the most money reinvest majority your money back into that and keep her growing okay you don’t have to go and rest in your cars and real estate and the stock market do all that stuff and bonds and whatever you don’t have to you can but you don’t have to figure out what your core business says put the majority your time effort money into that and you will see it grow how how do you get found on Amazon they seem to have their own algorithm yeah they do have their own algorithm the more reviews you have the better you know listing that you have the more keywords you’re targeting the better the let the less competition there is for those particular keywords all things I I talked about inside my Amazon private label course is what is my trick what is my strategy and I have a trick that I don’t think a lot of people talk about they might in courses I have no clue I don’t take all these courses but that’s it’s a trick that I’ve used for a while and it’s part of the reasons why I’ve been able to see success with private label is because I’m able to rank for these particular keywords that it’s not that it’s not that difficult to get into but if you’re trying to do the normal methods and you know organically get sales and
